Meet Lisa — The Sweet One Behind Sugar Lit

Hi, I'm Lisa — a Florida girl, mom, and the hands behind every Sugar Lit candle.

For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with two things - making stuff that smells amazing, and things that look like food but aren't. As a kid, I was the one making soaps, mixing perfumes, and melting candles just to see what would happen. I never really grew out of it.

One day it clicked - what if I combined both? What if I could make candles that looked like the most beautiful desserts you've ever seen, and smelled just as good? Not regular candles. Not candles with a sprinkle on top. Real, hyper-realistic dessert candles that make people say "wait that's not real?"

So I taught myself the craft,  making fruit pieces, piping whipped cream, layering colors, and obsessing over every tiny detail until it's right. Every Sugar Lit candle is made by hand, by me, in my Florida studio, with the occasional help from my very patient husband.

I'm a small business and I love it that way. Every candle that leaves my hands is something I'm proud of. Because if it's not perfect, it's not Sugar Lit.
