At Sugar Lit, every candle is handmade in small batches with care. Because our candles are handcrafted, scented, and made for personal home use, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We also do not offer refunds for scent preference, color variations, decorative differences, or buyer’s remorse.

Please note that each dessert candle is handmade, so small variations in color, texture, toppings, and design may occur. These differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not make the item defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sugarlit.shop with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
